Pilates

Join our weekly Pilates mat class on a Monday from 08:30 - 09:30.

Select the monthly package to join 1 class a week in studio, for the duration of the series, OR you can attend on a drop-in basis.

You can also choose to combine both pilates and yoga by selecting the Pilates and Yoga Pass which means you can attend 1 x weekly pilates class as well as 1 x weekly yoga class for the series. 

 

The classes will be taught by Megs who is a practicing physiotherapist, yogi, ex-dancer, and Mum of two beautiful girls. The classes will incorporate all of the fundamentals of Pilates with an added element of flow to encourage functional strength. With Megs' background in physiotherapy she is equipped to guide clients through injuries and assist with rehabilitation through these classes.
